Official Radko is in our third year providing collectors with Christopher Radko’s Designer Ornaments. We guarantee your satisfaction many ways.

  • All Ornaments are double box packed! Ornament packed inside box and that box inside another box.

  • Usually all paid orders ship within 1 business day.

  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Paypal.

  • This is seasonal merchandise. You may return non damaged merchandise to us (all tags must still be attached) at your expense within 10 days; There will be a 30% restocking fee plus our cost for the original shipping and insurance. We do not pay the return shipping fees.

  • If you receive an ornament that was damaged in shipping , keep the box with the mailing label intact and all the packing materials and notify us immediately (USPS has a 60 day limit to have claims submitted) and we will send you all the information and documentation you need to file the claim. According to USPS either you or Official Radko can make the claim, but there is no reason to pay the postage sending back a damaged ornament. However if you wish, within 10 days of receipt you may return the broken ornament at your expense and I will file the claim and will replace ornament if still in stock. The only way so I can file the USPS claim is to ship the ornament back in its original box with all the packing materials enclosed and folding the top of the box with the outside flaps folded in first to preserve the original mailing label (Do not peel off original label!). Over the years I have had less than 1% breakage out of thousands shipped and USPS has paid every time.
