WHY SHOULD I JOIN YOUR MAIL LIST? It gives you first chance to see the new items as soon as they are posted to the web site. Many of the Christopher Radko Designs sell rapidly, especially when first introduced. Sometime it can take several weeks for me to receive reorders and I will not reorder a design if it is within 5 weeks of the Holiday. I do not waste your time or mine with frivolous emails. I only send out notices of new arrivals and restocks. Join Here! WHAT IF ORDER ARRIVES WITH SHIPPING DAMAGE? If you receive an insured ornament that was damaged in shipping , keep the box with the mailing label intact and all the packing materials and contact us immediately and we will send you all the information and documentation to file the claim. According to USPS either you or Official Radko can make the claim, but there is no reason to pay the postage sending back a damaged ornament. However if you wish, within 10 days of receipt, you may return the broken ornament at your expense and I will file the claim and will replace if still in stock. NOTE: The only way I can file the USPS Claim is for you to ship the ornament back to me in its original box with all the packing materials enclosed and folding the top of the box with the outside flaps folded in first to preserve the original mailing label (Do not peel off the original label). Over the years I have had less than 1% breakage out of thousands shipped and USPS has paid every time. Our Personal Service is the best by far of any internet shopping site. What Our Customers Say!
