• All Ornaments shipped with Christopher Radko Designer Gift Boxes!

• All Ornaments are double box packed! Ornament packed inside box and that box inside another box.

• Usually all paid orders ship within 1 business day.

• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Paypal.

• You may return non damaged merchandise to us; however brcause this is seasonal merchandice there will be a 30% restocking fee plus the origional shipping cost deducted from the refund.

• If you receive an insured ornament that was damaged in shipping , keep the box with the mailing label intact and all the packing materials and notify us immediately and we will send you all the information and documentation to file the claim. According to USPS either you or Official Radko can make the claim, but there is no reason to pay the postage sending back a damaged ornament. However if you wish, within 10 days of receipt, you may return the broken ornament at your expense and I will file the claim and will replace if still in stock. NOTE: The only way I can file the USPS Claim is for you to ship the ornament back to me in its original box with all the packing materials enclosed and folding the top of the box with the outside flaps folded in first to preserve the original mailing label (Do not peel off the original label). Over the years I have had less than 1% breakage out of thousands shipped and USPS has paid every time.
